Water sports are, obviously, the main attraction on Joe's Pond - and with almost 400 acres of water surface, you'll never feel crowded.

One of the really great things about the "Cabin" is that it is "on a Cove" and, as such, is out of the main flow of water traffic. So, kids and adults can swim and play safely all day long without having to worry about being run over by a passing motor boat.

Unless you belong to a polar bear club, water temperatures can be a bit chilly in the spring and early summer, but by July the pond is swimmable and remains so through mid-September. Naturally, boating and fishing take place all year round. In a normal winter, the pond freezes solid and is suitable for any kind of ice sport, from ice fishing to snowmobiling.

We have 2 kayaks available for the use of our guests, a rowboat, a canoe, a dock to launch from and all the flotation devices and safety equipment you'll ever need. So, grab a life jacket and come on in, the water's fine!
